83.5 kg
Anyway.. hope nak restart balik.. NEXT WEEK! Hehe... rasa masaalahnya cz muak dengan resepi Atkins.. just next week aku nak start buat sambal kut.. aku suka sambal actually.. nak makan dengan ayam ke.. telo goring ke.. telo rebus ke sedap la sket...
Tunggu la next week.... buat benda tu dulu.. Ahad macam biasa.. Isnin nak posa.... plus buat sambal simple kut... yang aku boleh simpan lama.. nak cedok2 jek cz aku kureng sket sos nandos tu.. muak.
Aku akan buat sambal simple jek... bawang sket.. and lada kisar tu jek... then nak masin sikit perhaps add ikan masin yang lama aku tak buat apa2.. perhaps yg tu aku ensure masak lama2 sket so that tahan sebulan pun ok rasa..
Boleh la guna spice up telo goring ke.. ikan goring ke bla bla bla..
Oh, on the other note aku restart Phytonatal balik.. badan dah lemah2 la... pengalaman aku guna lepas bersalin dulu memang badan ok sket bila makan Phytonatal tu.. walo dia tulis ambik 2 - 4 biji sehari.. aku jz ambik sebijik jek kut cz 2 biji pun buatkan aku amat lawas, dah aku pun memang Alhamdulillah takde le masalah sembelit sangat jz bila aku amal diet Atkins, walo minum air banyak and banyak sayur, buang tu ada masaalah sket..
So... tu la.. aku nak retry Atkins dengan Phtonatal.. lebih pada kesihatan diri la...
Yg Phytonatal tu actually not bad. Yang 90 biji tu aku beli RM106 plus postage.. congak2 RM 1.20 je la sebijik. Kalu aku makan sebijik sehari, tahan la jugak 90 hari aka 3 bulan tu. RM1.20 for kesihatan diri? Berbaloi la jugak aku rasa.. tu pun nak mengelakkan dependence, aku rasa hi prob aku makan hari bekerja je aka 5 hari seminggu.. so 90/5 hari = 18 minggu aka 4 bulan setengah lebih kurang. Lagi berbaloi la dak.. we shall see menjadik tak my quest nak break 79 kg nih hehe.. aku lain berpuluh2 kg turun, aku nak turun 4 kilo pun susah..

Ni aku suka pasal Atkins ni.. buat lewa sket pun berat tak naik sangat. Aku rasa secret dia adalah how much body kita tolerate carbo mcm nasi tu esp.
Aku tgk skrg ya la musim lepas Raya kan.. so byk kena g makan.. but sebab terbiasa dgn Atkins.. nasi tu jadi ambik sket jek. Then try amalkan minum air 3l tu... yg mmg aku fail dari dulu. Dah diwajibkan minum tu 1l per 25kg.. aku patut 3.5... but kengkadang tuang gak dlm 2l gitu but better la then b4 dlm 1l lagi..
Yg ketara pagi aku x minum kopi 3 in 1 lagi... dulu gila Ipoh White Coffee... but bila start minum air sejuk ni.. mmg terasa betapa extra manis dia nih.
So.. another 2 weeks of Raya n being outstation.. pastu pulun Atkins lagi. Aku aim 75 by end of year.. biar sama ngan hubby. Suka Atkins ni cz dh start boleh pakai baju lama2... lengan dah mengecil so dulu uncomfortable bahagian ketiak.. dah getting better.
75 by end year. Next year 65? Insyaallah. Slow n steady.

Huhuhu... hehehehe.. walopun aku berharap but xde le berharap sgt. Tadi saja2 timbang time buka posa.. walla! 79.8 kg woo.. huhu hebat! I luv u Atkins.. tercapai hasratku.
Biar lambat asal kekal. Rasa esok lusa aku dh xleh posa pun. Dah le dpt jemputan buka posa kat Sumai. Dgr sedap buffet dia. Redahhhh...
Tahun ni aku merasa Sri Malaysia.. then Seri Puteri yg MAIDAM punya tuuu.. huhu yg Puteri tu kambing golek dia walla! Cekodok dia pun sodap.. hahaha...
Okla banyak kantoi Atkins turun jugak. Slow n steady la...
Okla.. 79.x its a start. Raya ni cuti seminggu. Xpa la balik nanti aku restart.
Aku aim 72 jek for first stage. Another 8 kg.. if bahagi 500 gram per week turun.. 16 minggu aka 4 bulan.. aim by end this year?
Hopefully dptla. Dpt turun gini pun alhamdullillah.. 65 by mid next year.. back to normal bmi range insyaallah....
Sooo... aim dok rumah starting lusa ni.. I aim minum air 3 liter sambil buat exercise kemas2 rumah.

Weehee ni I loike abt Atkins ni.. walo cheat tapi turun jugak walo xle gempak but turun jugak la.. alhamdulillah....
Wonder tercapai ke 7x end posa ni.. 79.9kg pun ok hehehe.. bukan apa selalu aku kantoi. Dok weekday house mmg no problem but bila weekend hse masa buka posa makan plak rumah ma.. tak makan rugi woo.. dah la next week half week aku dah cuti..
But I will make Atkins my lifestyle la sampai bila2 but esp skrg aku masih PJJ... time kalau ade rezki dok ngan family pun aku nk kekalkan jz perhaps nasi sesenduk k once perday. Yg lain roti ke etc etc.. insyaallah..
Okla nak buat persiapan berbuka lg 25 mins. Lamb chop multipurpose mix ajaib ngan salad jekkk... 2 keping tho hehe

Aku nk excited if turun dah 7x kg jek.. kan ke best time lepas pantang dulu 77 kg.. kalu time tu tau Atkins kan ke kurang sket nak kurangkan hehe..

Baru 3 ari posa.. aku dah kantoi 2 days.. period maa.. hahaha.. dah le minggu pks beli brg mcm2 termasukla cookies raya.. semperit my fav tuuu...
Anyway... okla today start berAtkins balik wolu pagi tadi roti cicah kari ayam ma.. sodap..
Yg best berat still okla at 83.. okla dari naik 2 kg.. tu pun aku rasa jz cz cut kopi 3 in 1 wajib aku tu.. dalam 3 days ni boleh 81kg balik dok?
Weekends sah kantoi but weekdays I can persevere kaw kaw.. hope also Syawal aku boleh cepat2 posa ganti n sunat syawal.. ingat also nak perbanyakkan ibadat.. sunat tarawikh perhaps?
Hurmm kalu can get 5 kgs off Ramadhan I am already happy la.. jz try Atkins as gaya hidup di samping start jog balik ke...

Hurmm June plak will be very busy jugak. Lawatan kilang etc etc. Jz hoping next week tu agar boleh cuti sket dr makan. Would be nice if I get below 80kg by 24 june ni walopun amat susah hahaha.... jz hoping I could wing it during posa nanti insyaallaahhhh....

No Mood
Arini my Atkins still okla.. sebijik telor rebus... tadi dah tapau sop daging... mlm sotong sambal dengan balance 2 lagi telur.. okla better than nothing kan...
Kalaula boleh this week tak gerak mana2.. boleh try 100% Atkins this week. Dapat 80 kg another 2 kg pun Alhamdulillah laaa... mlm ni pasar malam.. beli sayur la jugak.. kobis.. kobis bunga.. daun sop... ayam sekoq... ikan sekilo.. ok je kut.. oo also timun batang... kalau ada org kampong jual, I will buy that.
Malam kena start moving dah. Perhaps 1 hour exercise ke kan... tatau lagi before ke lepas Maghrib nak buat tu... panaskan my sotong n the two telur for dinner. Esok ayam goring n kobis gorengla kut for brekkie n lunch.
Arini pun air baru 2.5 bottle.. for half a litre.. need 4 more fillupsla to get my 3 liters, I should up 3.5l actually... huhuhu.. 2kg.. 2kg..

Well.. alhamdulillah x naik walo aku x beratkins sgt. Cuti n byk events = no atkinsla..
Hurmm.... okla dr naikkan.. byk plak event org nk kejar b4 posa... huhu.. patut I get down to 77 by 24 jun. Cam x dpt jek. I will be happy if turun 80 kg jek. Alhamdulillah already. Blh kut. Next week xde keja sgt. Perhaps can pulun diet the 5 days.
Aku dun miss nasi sgt actually. So hopefully time posa nanti can get all out la. Turun ke 70 Alhamdulillah. . Will make atkins my lifestyle. . Kurangkan mkn nasi. Lebihkan sayuran insyaallah.

Khamis - a day to weekend..
Cam timbang hari Ahad lepas dinner dengan kawan.. 84.8 kg.. sempat berclean diet 3 days.. pagi tadi timbang 82.0 kg.. kan ke bagus if I can maintain? Senang jek nak at least 77 kg la time aku balik from pantang aritu.. Hurmm.. tu la kalau orang betui2 buat pantang makan bakar stim etc tu.. no wonder cepat turun.. if ade rezeki my baby Hannah tu jadi mak orang pulak.. I will insyaallah pantangkan dia dengan 100% insyaallah..
Ni dah day 4.. ketosis dah start in rasanya.. ni aku kena sakit batuk so mmg makan ubat batuk bergula n tak consistent minum the 3 litres. Next week plak cuti n outstation.. lagila makan.. jz perhaps aku kena start berexercise la plak...
Hurmm, yang pasti posa nanti I wanna do all out, paling cokia pun 7X mesti aku dapatkan insyaallah.. Rasa diet Atkins nih memang menjadik.. jz make it consistent jek.
Pasni pun aku nak jaga lepas retire pun.. nak berat no more that 65kg.. gaya hidup sihat ka.. exercise ka.. pemakanan ke.. need to do it.

Yg penting kawal pemakanan.. ni pun event hotel. Kena kawal and ensure minum my 3 liters tu. Kalau boleh kena walk sejam today to burn excess calories tuu..

Atkiners Induksi Fasa 1
Fast forward dah 2014... dah kawin anak 3.. baby dah besar baru ade masa for myself. Berat 84.5 kg. Catalyst nak berAtkins balik cz tengok cousin dalam 4 bulan amal ATkins turun 15 kg. Perghh.. If I can get that 84.5 - 15 kg = 69.5 kg pun dah heaven dah. Think 65 kg masa aku nak kawin aka 2004, and 72 kg lepas bersalin anak pertama 2005. Pergh 9 years ago. Anyway, a good thing masa lepas berpantang anak ke 3 2012 lepas dapat jugak 77 kg.
Dah le skrg keja state, asyik outstation, meeting, lawat co and all that translate to food. Dalam setahun 8 lebih kurang usia anak naik lagi 7 kg. Its creeping up and that's why I need to diet.
Skrg pun dah umo 39.. huhu masaallah kesihatan yang aku paling takut, and at this age, I think I can not eat so much nasi and carbo aka disiplin tinggi sket kut.
So google2 jumpa fb Kelab Diet Atkins Malaysia (KDA) and I must say it is a good support group, gambar ahli-ahli yang Berjaya, makanan dan recipe. Siap boleh buat grup wassap so that can support each other.
But I must say yang KDA ni strict sket la berbanding my first Atkins. Ni lagi strict for first stage induction, no carbo at all termasukla nasi, roti, kentang, mee, meehon, kowe teow dsb, kekacang pun takleh termasuk la sayur kekacang eg bendi, kacang panjang etc, tomato no no no... kicap, sos pun tak boleh.. kopi etc etc. Perghhh.... siap kalau boleh no bebawang.. perghh
Air plak kena setiap 25kg = 1 liter so me yang 84.5 kg nih = 3.5 liter la, perghh.. tu yang tak tahan tu aku bukan jenis minum air tho mmg baca somewhere yg minum air banyak pun boleh turun.
Tu yang aku rasa mmg KDA menjadi, pure clean protein (telur, a, sayuran hijau sahaja (sawi, bayam, kangkung).. plus air tu, tu yang jadi kebaboom tu.
Aku hari ni hari ke 8, dah cheat huhu cz weekdays ok la dok sorang2 boleh kawal makan but bila weekends jek with family, ke laut lepas la... anyway, aku makan pun.. 84.5 kg semlm timbang 83.8 kg dah.. ok la tu..
Bila membuang dengan Clenx tea plak, jadi 82.8 kg .. huhu sekilo jugak bahan sisa kan.
So, aku nak teruskan berDA (diet atkins).. well.. if terbabas skali skala why not kan jz jangan buang terus. Aku aim nak at least 80 kg la by 20.5.2014 tu. Asal no more berat biasa aku for the past few years which is 82 kg.
Hopefully by Raya I can get 75 pun ok.. but that's a good time for Atkins actually, mana tau boleh pulun til 70 kg pun dah heaven already. Hubby pun 72 kg jek huhu..
Hmm.. next week need to outstation, hope I can help myself jangan terlebih makan huhuhu...

Sebab aku nak berAtkins sangat cz teruk sangat dah aku naik 84.5kg u... huhu lebih dari berat aku preggies aritu.. takleh jadi ni lagila baju2 plak dah sendat2.. esp if aku nak retire end year tara guna la aku nak beli baju lagi.. better aku pakai baju dulu2 tu jz I need to slim down.
Anyway.. sooo... petang g beli supplies jup.. buat cam explore race.. pastu kemas dapur betui2... nak adjust2 sket2.. esok start Atkins betui2.. aku kena ensure makanan banyak so aku x lapar.. lepas nih kena aim bangun awalla pulak cz nak masak fresh2 pagi2... half perhaps boleh panas jek malam nanti makan pulak.. seems like a feasible plan kan... acu try la..

OK la.. we need support so hopefully Atkins group would be mine la... aku baca few entry yg terkesan sket dia suruh makan betui2 Atkins with reasonable quantity of food so that kita makan tak lapar but still lagi better than kawal makan.. make sense jugak.. ya la bila dah lapar.. memang baham sungguh2 la.. so today, buat telur separa masak tak jadi... so.. balik nanti buat scramble egg la ngan dia...
Aku perhaps kena invest gak dengan periuk ajaib tu nak masak grill2 lagi.. on top off my Phillips Airfryer dari UK pesan tak sampai2 lagi..
Weekends pun I need to start reimplementing Atkins.. jangan tergoda benda lain2 lagi dah disamping belajar masak2 dah which I really need to do... huhu.. well.. petang ni g jog jap... pastu balik kemas dapur.. ke better aku balik jek terus today n kemas dapur.. huhu seems that is more interesting option, nak wat my house friendly for Atkins cooking insyaallah....

Anyway jz manage to walk 3 round vs 5 to 6 rounds biasanya.. okla than nothing kan..

Ikan Stim Hentah Hapape..
Hehe... first try aku steaming eheks nampak sgt x professional. .. tp okla mkn sendiri...
Steamer tu aku beli yg Giant last 2 weeks kut.. time promo dlm RM49... then bekas baru beli tadi RM6.90 jek.. kata 24cm diameter but cam nk penuh jek diameter steamer tu yg katanya 28cm.. camano tu???
Anyway cz tak expert tergesa2 aku.. main campak2 ikan.. boh kicap megi seasoning... halia.. cili api.. tomato. . Limau nipis.. bawang putih... bawang aisey terlupa lak plak bubuh..
30 mins away ni la hasilnye.. pahit sket cz aku boh limau nipis awal kut.. huhuhu..

Maybe hypothyroid (hurmm... yg ni betui aku hypothyroid cz dah bedah arritu kan also aku perasan tangan aku menggeletar masa outstation last weekends)... atau anamia (dak kut.. aku darah sokmo cukup)...
Hurmm kena Tanya doctor ni bila tiba my next appointment.. note to self.
