Inch loss weehooo :)

Okla dlm 10 hari Atkins.. baju uniform aku yg dah sendat perut dah loose balik. Aim to make it looser by aimining 75kg by 20 May 2014. Boley ka? Insyaallah.

Yg penting kawal pemakanan.. ni pun event hotel. Kena kawal and ensure minum my 3 liters tu. Kalau boleh kena walk sejam today to burn excess calories tuu..

Note.. today timbang 82.5 walaweii..
