Alhamdulillah, walo aku kantoi 2nd day dah huhu tu la cabaran keja cam aku yg banyak outside engagement.. memula ok lagi tak sentuh nasi dalam pinggan.. pastu dia bawak apple pie n aiskrimm.. ayoyo cave in.. pkl 5 kawan pejabat belanja pizza plak.. ade 3 jenis pizza.. sooo.. 3 keeping lorrr huhuhu..
Pastu ok la.. siap aku nyopiing2 menu ATkins and few barangan plastic cz dah start bawak bekal kat opis. Cz aku ePJJ mom.. weekdays okla tahan.. weekends ni cabarannnn tul. Aku rasa my merah would be there tapi harapnya jarang2.. best jugak Atkins nih sebenarnya jz resepi kena pelbagai if idak muak but at least I can jadi better cook kut after this kuikuikuiiii...
From 84.5 kg.. wonder boleh tak I get 7 by Raya.. huhu seems impossible but ade yg 95kg dah jadi 50 kg so anything is possible.. Gambette fellow Atkiners.
