Atkins Daging Goreng Cauliflower

 
 
Ni portion aku for breakfast n lunch today.. dah siap abih pun by 11 am tadi. Haiya tarak cukupla.. my portion kena bigger. Tu la aku suka diet Atkins ni cz dia suruh makan makan makan..
 
Aku jek silap estimate portion. Nampak mcm banyak but rupanya sket, haishh xleh jadik nih. Takpun memang kena gorengla kopok kulit lembu tu. Aku plak malas goring, rasakan! Pasni memang kena standby la letak kat opis.. kopok kulit lembu n cheese.
 
Esok patut meeting KB.. malas eh. Nak suruh diorang update jek apa2 yang diperlukan. Malam ni nak makan ikan bakar and abiskan timun Jepun tu.. esok nak try buat pie daging Atkins guna my pemanggang ajaib tu.
 
Anyway.. ade ahli KDA give link on BMI calculator, alang2 aku cuba la.. tingi 164 cm n berat 84kg... huhuhu.. result... 31.2....
 
 
Tgk nota kaki... BMI 30 and above = OBESE. Huhuhuhu... cabaran sihat, Raya 6X kg. If cecah below 70 kg aku memang bersyukur.
 
But mmg lepas ni ATkins would be my way of life, aku akan wat the 4 phases tu. Kalau hari p opis dok asing ngan family will be induction menu. If I achieve my weigh, will makan only at dinnertime teman hubby and only sesenduk jek. Will be more on sayur.
 
Will make healthy BMI my way of life, insyaallah.
