Ni gambar my ibu jari la.. Hari ke 3 masuk ke 4 lepas aku tersepak batu kat Wakaf Che Yeh.. Memang adoi gile la sapa la letak benda tu kat situ.. At least letak le tinggi sikit..

Nampak cam terkoyak kan.. Memang sakit la berdenyut2.. Tapi alhamdulillah la rasa my rate untuk sembuh not bad.. Kena jek berdarah la of course.. Pastu platelet ke apa start berkerja.. Congealed blood and style berlendir sket.. Aku plak biar jek tak boh obat or what (takde actually tgh outstation kan).. Tapi mmg cannot stand the toe la.. Aka nak duduk terakhir tu.. Takleh as well as bangun tu.. Style redah la.. Bangun style org gasar as well as duduk bersimpuh gitu haha..

Still alhamdulillah.. Tapi tu la now I undrstand nape org diabetic kencing manis tak boleh tersandung batu.. Kalu jadi camni if sistem badan tak elok.. Boleh membusuk nih..

Tu la reminder for myself.. Aku pun dah obese nih.. Jangan melarat ke kencing manis.. Jantung.. Or kanser.. Nauzubillaahhh..
