Soft Atkins

Haha.. saja jek aku cipta istilah tu.. ada kaa??? Jz simple jek aku x rigid amal Atkins.. akan buat most of the time but if I want a bit of carbo I will but not much. .

Tadi pun telo.. fishbal n mixed veggies cum chilli sauce. . Lama x makan cenggitu sodap jugak...    

Malas nk g shopping Giant KT.. aku dpt port baru Nirwana jln Kuala Berang.. tgk ok kut.. sayur ade as well as siakap sotong etc.. gonna brush my cooking skills as well.. 

Ooo also start walking ni.. tadi pun x hujan cuaca ok jz aku jek posa sunat recondition my perut balik.. takpe got a year to get that 70 marks.

Kemas Bilik

Lepak jap.. cuaca today elok untuk jenjalan tapi aku x buat cz posa sunat kan... so rasa today exercise kemas my room la nampaknya.. 

So this is my room kat my umah sewa at Bukit Payung.. lepak jap nk tunggu buka posa.. sembahyang maghrib.. then pulun. ...

Nape??? Cz aku dah nk blahkan in a year time.. kena start kemas2 all things la.. buang2 starting with today my room.. cz nk bawak balik that tv kecik tu actually tu la penyebab dia no. 1...

Byk barang boleh start buang pun esp dah nk jadi sarang tikus plak my house ni aiseyman..

Nway.. pasni gak 2014 my azam nk start masak2... japgi telur biasa2 jek but pasni siakap stim etc would be my forte ; )

84.6 kg


No wonder I feel so fat. 85.6kg.. wahhh tu lebih 4kg dr my stagnant weight 82kg.. 4 kg overload.. huhuhu..

So baru2 ni my resolution.. start movin.. so ptg ni lepas meeting I will start jln2 petang.. try start Atkins.. along with Nona Raguy for maintenance dalaman... posa sunat esok Isnin n start insyaallah..

Need to start msk2 for my prep dok rumah along with Atkins... tido tgh while mkn what I prepare earlier... aim 70kg by this time next year insyaallahhh...

Let's Start Moving

Hannah dah selamat kat kampung and I am alone. So bored n decided tahun 2014 would be tahun gaya sihat for me.

Anyway outstation KB lepas I decided to start movin. I love to walk actually. Masa dok Tassie jln p kuliah... pastu ade time aku 62kg kut.. aku start aim jln2 time Subuh masa summer kan pagi cerah. . So aku keluar jln2 and loose dlm 6 kg.. 56 thats my lowest time dewasa.

Anyway.. so jln kat walkway Grand Riverview hotel aku menginap. Okla ramai org jalan n walk situ gak. X la jauh sgt walkway tu.. dlm 500m kut tapi area Pelangi Mall sebelah kanan dr hotel tu alive dgn aktiviti senam pagi2.. satu buat line dancing. . Satu buat aerobik... time aku lalu dok sebuk aerobik lagu hindustsn and the leader smile to me very wide cam soh join jek hehe..

Anyway.. ingat nak do it as my habit la.. petang2 g jogging kat padang sebelah Mydin.. I aim to naik bukit depan tu 1 day insyaalah..

Azam 2014

Lama dah tak mengupdate.. tak berdiet actually so berat ballooned, my bad..

Anyway... 2014 fast coming in.. my adik pun dah nak kawin so she wont be able to babysit for me.. and my bambam Hannah is a girl so aku amat cuak pulak nak hantar rumah pengasuh... so, aku decided hantar kat my mom's.. still gaji my sis til dia kawin.. and til my mom naik haji tahun nih..

Besides aku pun decide nak bersara awal starting 2015.. a year to go.. so macam semua fall into place...

Pasni.. I will be alone.. takde benda nak buat so 2014...
1) Start gaya hidup sihat... petang2 start jalan padang opposite Mydin Ganu
2) Mlm2.. baca Quran a few pages.. try khatamkan in a year insyaallah.. mana la tau kena jadi cikgu gentian ngajor anak baca Quran plak lepas bersara.. takkan maknye nak tersangkut-sangkut ye idok..
3) Malam2.. gotong royong kat rumah.. kena start buang2 barang as well as pack baju2 untuk didermakan.. at least 4 days per week, akan takde istilah saying cz after a year, I will unleash the house
4) Start recycling... barang2 plastic yg boleh recycle and kertas2 akan disegmentalised n boh kat tong sampah cantik2 so that org yg kurang bernasib baik yg aku tgk mmg selongkar sampah akan senang ambik and jual kat recycler RD Papers tu..
5) Barang lepas segregate yg betui2 perlu jek aku akan bawak ke rumah Kerteh... hope that would be 20% jek from my all.. peti sejuk.. barang letrik n baju yg elok2.. yg tak elok perhaps akan didermakan...

Hurmm.. that's my plan for 2014.. harap my place will be spick n span.. 50% at least gone.. as well as my weight to be at least 10kg lighter at 72kg.. cara.. senam and makanan sihat...

Think I need to do Atkins again... and I will need to buy the Phillip Air Fryers la... dah dapat duit kutu bulan ni RM600 okla kan... aku baca not bad review dia so pasni panggang jek ler.. salmon n salad.. perhaps I will do lunch n dinner terus with the air fryers tu.. insyaallahh..

82 kg huhu

Lama x bersiaran... sedih tgk penimbang berat creeping up. Huhuhu tu la cabaran asik dok travellin and banyak event nih. Makan boleh tahan.. rugi jek 5 kg naik dari masa lepas pantang dulu tu...

Today n esok nak start posa qada.. dah posa dah a day time syawal pastu tak sempat cz soo many rumah terbuka yg perlu dihadiri.

Lepas 2 days ni start la out of opis kena lawat kilang.. sure one campur event makan2la huhuhu....

Today gak ingat nk restart makan Phytonatal.. tgh tunggu PM harga dr Min Anggun Beauty jek yg aku pernah beli a few times tu... aku more niat untuk.kecergasan dalaman than kurus. Dunno la rasa letih these few weeks walhal makan tido cukup.. stamina jek mmg kurang gila2...

79.4 kg After Raya

Well... ari ni bersiaran dr hp baru... Samsung Grand duos.. senang sket 2 sims letak satu phone.. takyah bwk byk phone hehe.. ala2 phone raya as well as hadiah keja 10 tahun with my org...

Anyway... lepas raya bwh 80 ok la.. tu pun sebab kena kerja awal this raya.. sempat la 2 hari posa.. 1 sunat n 1 qada.. satu hari lg tu baham rumah terbuka n kenduri kawin...

Rasa dr makan supplements.. aku should ubah my lifesytle.. less food.. good food ... posa sunat 2 hari seminggu and increase physical activity tu jek...

Hurmm harap by end year.. 70 tu rasa jauhla.. but 75 seems not a bad aim.. insyaallahh..

Cam x caya jek tapi cz aku limit pemakanan kut.. Makan ayam golek dgn salad n tomato jek..

Next week ada 1 hari jemputan buffet, pastu ntahla jz 2 days before aku cuti. Agak buat meggi ketam jek kut. Tapi if ayam golek pun ok cz if dak.. Takde can dah nak makan ayam golek lepas Ramadhan. Well, we shall see.

80 kg at 10 Hari Posa

Org Ganu kate gelap gambo .. Haha takde harapan la tuuu... 10 hari baru sekilo..

Dunno la, baby dah eksport ke Kerteh, aku xde keje petang2. Silap2 boleh buat keje gila joging setengah jam nih.. Ada lojik k? Kalau nak lagi kaw .. Buat gak atkins, cz musim Ramadhan ni lah ayam golek banyak.. No need to eat nasi.. Jz jangan makan kulit dia jek.. Perut kenyang.. Kucing kat luar tu pun erkkk alhamdulillah hehe :)

Makan Weekends

Saja nak share what I ate during weekend... hehe 2300 kalories... tu pun berjaga2 but usually much higher :P

Thats why I like the aps, blh tgk what I ate dgn funvtion for us to bubuh thing we usually ate mcm skrg I drank Aura Mimiey free tu.

Rasa blh kut sebab hubby pun dh naik 75 kg... 6 kg for me to reach him haha... kurangkan kalories n start posa Isnin Khamis time x period. Need to try eat kurma n air kosong as well for breakfast. Fibre aku lemah so pisang aku kena beli makan as breakfast or dinnertime.

Think I will try aim 10 kg off, max 72 kg by end of year insyaallah.

My Net Diary

Ari ni aku nak cuba sesuatu yg baru plak... try counting my calory so aku beli n download this app ni via Amsung Store... rega tgh diskaun rm6 dari usual rm10....

Try godek2 dulu patut aku rekod one by one by time tapi ari nih tak terrer redah jek bubuh all... tapi yg ok nya ... mmg ada la benda2 yg aku ingat takde.. aka nasi ayam n munchy dark hoc oat, hehehe... kita cuba dulu ekkk....

82 Kg Balik huhuhu...

Lama tak update.. hehe thanks blogger Wana for noticing, tak tau plak blog ni ada orang baca :P

Anyway, tgk2 balik gambar aku early this year 29 Jan to be exact, 77 kg.. Nampak muka n badan slimmer, baju XXL pun Nampak loose.. huhuhu dah jadi kenangan semata2 cz lepas tu aku bz, cum tension.. and aku kalau busy + tensen = makan banyak = weight gain..

So naik la berat asal 82 kg.. tapi aku bersyukur at least not more than that. 82 tu mmg my stagnant weight la. Anyway... cz lepas PRU aku dah slow down balik.. aku kena restart balik la esp posa dah tak lama lagi... kena pulun babeh...

Skrg ni, perut aku amat buncit, cam orang mengandung I gotta say.. so terbaca2 newspaper ari tu.. dia kata the tip to kurangkan perut buncit is tahan nafas and abdominal.. kira sampai 10 n lepaskan, repeat a few times.. so I am doing that..

Alang2 do that, aku repeat dengan senaman Kagel la aka kemutkan bahagian **tutttt** tu.. ya la anak dah 3, yg baru2 nih kena plak koyak banyak n kena seluk tumpah darah so mmg kena la.. Alhamdulillah tapi, waalaupun jahit banyak, takde le sampai kencing tak lawas etc...

Also, aku nih kena posa cz kalau tak posa mmg mulut nak ngunyah jek, so solution mmg posa esp Rejab n Syaaban ni elok posa sunat practise Ramadhan.. pas Ramadhan.. aku nak posa ganti cepat2 as well as try to get that posa 6.. pastu posa Isnin and Khamis akan diwajibkan.. so 2/7 days aku kena posa...

Aku gak kena naikkan aktiviti fizikal.. yg ni aku start today nih. Surau kat opis aku ni personal sket, sorang masuk jek salalunya. So pasni after Zuhur n Asar, I will so small exercise.... ala angkat2 tangaan.. cecah2 kaki.. tadi buat each 10 repetitions pun dah mengah, huhuhu my kesihatan and stamina mmg bad. But I will try to persevere insyaallah...

Ooo.. kebetulan baru2 nih ade usahawan bagi aku free sample produk dia Aura Mimiey, think I will use that for bersahur la, in addition with Kurma n air kosong. I kinda like it cz drink dia standing milo sket. Aku plak mmg suka minum milo pagi2 kat opis cicah sekkut kering. Aku rasa tu one of the reason berat aku naik balik.

So.. wish me luck. I will try to rajinkan diri ambik gambar penimbang every week balik lepas ni. Still got time to get that 70 kg by end of the year tu. Doakan la yekk.. Aminn..

Ok.. Sebelum makan, its 80.7kg ok hahaha.. See, even 300 gram loss is better than nothing.

Think aku rasi dgn Phytonatal.. Slow and steadily dia turun, alhamdulillah. I don't want it to be so abrupt anyway :)

Jz pasni, bf would jz be plain roti n air kosong. No more milo. Better lagi kalu roti putih aku ganti dgn wholemeal.

70kg end 2013.. Tercapaika? At the moment, I would love even 77.. Baju rasa loose already ..

Hurmmm.. Action plan.. No more milo for breakfast. Makan roti otw pejabat 3 keping.. Dibilas air kosong masa di pejabat. Malam.. Also roti.. Tgh.. Maybe nasi air, gonna make it daily now Hannah dah start makan soft food.. Umi pun akan joinla makan moi.

Dunno la.. Happy dpt Phytonatal for sure, but lambat giler. Aku beli 19/2 dari web rasmi NR4u.. Dapat today 26/2.. Seminggu tu. Dunno la.. Aku ingat beli direct lagi cepat, but idok..

Next time aku nak beli dari kedai online yg aku beli set bersalin NR dulu la.. MinAnggunBeauty.. Cepat lagi.. Dlm 3 day gitu, and murah lagi. NR4U yg set 90 tablet ni dia caj RM110.. Min boleh bagi RM100 jek.

Harap tokey Min nih tgh pantang jek these few months, but pasni, confirm aku beli dgn dia jek.

Beli Phytonatal Yeayyy..

Akhirnya, beli jugak Phytonatal walopun HPA aku x abis lagi.

Cz badan dah nak masuk 38 n 3 kids, aku dah rasa letih n lenguh2 badan. Masa pantang tu aku rasa cergas jek. Perhaps penangan Phytonatal nih. Kita cuba jek la ek.

HPA buasir tu aku abihkan slow slow esp Ficus aku akan beli.. Spirulina HPA aku bagi my mom pun berkesan.. Kena beli lagi cz dia kata dia boleh dah gagah sket sembahyang berdiri.

Ayoyoyo angka 80 makin mendekati.. Saja aku x post few weeks tapi aku perasan every week naik 300 gramme.. Huhuhu keje dah start banyak.. Makan free banyak.. Stress makan lagi..

Herba HPA Buasir tu mmg menjadik but tujuan dia bukanla macam aku salah guna nak slim tu hehe.. Pas abis nih aku nak beli Fikus jek..

Naiklah! 77.7 kg n Buasir Berdarah..

Tu la aku dah kata makan sedap punya pasal.. Khamis yg patut puasa pun melantak amekaw! Huhu.. Kena restart balikla to ori plan.

Pkl 4 pagi nih.. Aku risau plak.. Baru p toilet, buang air besar discover berdarah.. Merah la jugak jadinya..

Adoiii.. Ada benda yg tak sesuai dgn aku tu sampai najis jadi keras balik. Aku rasa maybe L Carnitine tu la.. Ya la ari tu rasa nak gastrik.. Yg ni, gini pulak.. Perhaps kandungan dia buat najis keras sket, tambahan skrg aku x minum 1.5 l air seperti disarankan.. Alamak.. 1 MORE THING TO DO nih..

Also, sabtu ni aku nak pergi HPA ambik stok baru.. Aku nak tanya how long I need to take it this time. Actually HPA berkesan dan murah. I should start consuming it regularly. Also nak beli ubat rambut diorg for hubby.

Kena KIV Phytonatal lagila.. Tapi on the other hand, herba pelawas dia jugak berfungsi untuk turunkan berat badan.

Aku nak beli 2 set terus. Satu for me to consume, 1 lagi standby takut org nak... Sebab ari tu org tanya, aku plak hesitant cz aku mmg x simpan stok. Tapi aku paham la cz dulu pun aku gak dok tercari2 produk HPA nih.. Huhuhuhu...

Tikus!!!!

Ntahla.. Aku skrg dok alternate, weekday keje Kuala Trg.. Weekend balik family home in Kerteh.

Rumah aku weekday ni mmg aku perasan ada tikus sekor suka dok bertenggek atas birai tingkap dapur. Ya la, rumah teres setingkat.. Dia senangla keluar masuk. Aku cuti bersalin 3 bulan nih, agak dia bawak geng la tgk xde org.

Semlm discover sarang dia dalam kotak master bedroom. Ngong sungguh. Dah berjangkit master bedroom tu. Takut aku esp baby kecik lagi.. Satu lagi dia kencing and berak merata.. Takut plak penyakit kencing tikus, nauzubillah. Kena decontaminate esp Hannah nanti mesti dah nak merangkat etc.. Huiii nauzubillah..

2nd.. Mmg aku kena buangla barang2 dalam 2nd room aku nih. Mmg lebih pada store dari time aku dtg dr KL dulu. Yg dlm kotak tu dah 5 tahun x terbuka hehe.. Aku tak tau pun isi apa.. Rasa baju2 masa aku slim dulu ahaksss..

Skrg susah nak recycle lagipun. Kita takde cam salvation army blah Amerika n Australia yg suka benda2 camni for charity ngan recycling. Stakat ni yg berharga aku post dalam Mudah jekle. Dulu aku gila novels, skrg agak kena start letgo dah la.. Esp yg seksi2 tu, x sesuai my Hannah nk baca bila dia besar nanti. Ops, agak by that time juz ebook je la kut.

Belanja Makan Sehari Opis RM4.50

Well, blessing in disguise ke hape ni. Terengganu sesetengah tempat ada mahal n murah, still aku rasa its better than KL la.

Today beli kat gerai tepi jalan jek. Satay nasi himpit for breakfast RM1, nasi minyak for lunch RM2.5 and karipap for minum pagi n ptg (4 bijik) singgiit..

Complete set, murah but detrimental to my diet la. Minum air kosong jek la pagi ni nak kurangkan kalori.

At least tadi bwk jalan2 Hannah blk rumah 20 mins, kira eksesais la tu. Pasni nk round my block of house pulak. Aku jenis boring if jalan setempat.

Esok g Telok Kalong ade keje. Diet mmg burn rasanya cz g dgn kwn sekerja yg jenis sedap makan. Mlm ingat nk belanja my sis prosperity burger kalu aku balik lewat.

Huhuhu x leh jadi nih. Khamis wajib aku posa sunat nih.

Breakfast n Lunch RM3

Hewhew.. Started my aim. Ari ni stop kat one of the gerai tepi jalan, area dekat IQ Terengganu..

Niat nak makan berdikit and berjimat everday dah on.. Ni kuih sebungkus n nasi minyak for lunch RM3 jer hehe..

Actually pagi aku still makan biskut n milo.. Nanti milo pun aku nak tukar jenis hi calcium nak boost my calcium intake maklumle umur makin meningkat, tulang makin rapuh aka cam gigi aku tuuu... Ops, lupa.. Kena start berus gigi dahhh.. Today? @2pm?

Jz biskut pingpong tu bila abih kena tukar jacob kut sebab waloppun sedap, dia greasy sket. Cari yg kotak punya jek cz yg tin tu slalu x abis sebelum dia jadi lemau..

Yg penting tu RM3 jek pasni my daily opis expense.. 3 x 26 = 78 berbanding kalu aku p beli lunch, purata dalam 7la.. 7 x 26 = 182.. Kurang belanja, kurang kaloriiiiii :D

Perabis Ayurslim

Aku kira2 tadi, balance Ayurslim aku tinggal 16 aka 8 hari bila makan twice perday.. Aku pikir takmo campur makan la so this week aku akan jz makan ayurslim jek..

77 kg.. :)

Weahooo.. 77kg.. 7 kg to go.. Ni lepas membuang first thing in the morning.. Semlm masa perut penuh aku timbang 78kg. Huhuhu..

Aku pun makan sedap jugak masa dok opis xde keje nih. Jz lepas ni kena start beli mkn breakfast for lunch. Start minum balik 1.5l air tu.

Actually. Aku ada baca. If minum air sahaja 1.5 - 2l per day pun mmg boleh turun berat serta menyihatkan badan..

Well, definitely to start amal balik minggu depan.

Nak Phytonatallllllll.....

SKrg ni aku dunno la.. malam2 jek sejuk kaki, x pernah aku sejuk kaki actually.. google2 org kata angin.. huhuhu stokin plak kat umah Kerteh guna masa pantang banyak.. kena import balik ke bukit payung la nampaknya... As temporary measure, aku guna minyak herbanika la.. tapi kalu nak elok, minyak panas ni tapil wanita la... my mom pun soh cari hari tu, tapi xdok la pulak jual pukal kat mydin terengganu.. huhuhu anak dah 3, umo dah nak ke 4 series ni, agak benda2 gini dah start mai...

Pasal tu la aku rasa hook or crook aku kena gak makan balik phytonatal tu... dulu kan aku kata kena abihkan ayurslim ngan l-carnitine aku tu.. aku ghasa nak makan phytonatal pagi... in the meantime sebelum beli tu, perhaps abihkan Ayurslim tu dulu.. dia ni bentuk cam Phytonatal tapi perhaps herba2 India kut cz diakan Bangalore marii..  l-carnitine perhaps tgh...  malam kalsium (balance misi bagi masa ngandung ari tu) bersama roti ngan air neskafe.. hehe.. malam aku xnak makan la except ahad and rabu.. pastu isnin n khamis posa sunat.. bukan apa, my sis dok ngan aku jaga baby skrg, sian jugak dia.. mesti borink makan masakan sendiri jek whole week..

Esok, nak sttart timbang balik .. hope berat tak naik la.. aku period mulut sedap sket nak makan.. ni pun tahan x beli apa2 pagi, makan biskut pingpong ngan milo jek.. tu pun nak tukar jacobs cz pingpong ni greasy sket walopun sedap.. else, roti kosong jek bawak dari umah pun not so bad..

Skrg walopun x kurus, baju lama still loose2.. wanna keep it that way la.. huhuhhuhu aim 70kg.. 70kg.....

Pinkish @ Size L

Huhuhu.. Yess!!! Dah start boleh sarung baju lama saiz L.. Well, a bit tak lawa cz nampak bonjol2.. Rasa kalu kurang sekilo dua lagi mesti akan nampak nicer..

Today patut period, but takde mcm nak period pun.. Hurmm.. Apa jadi dgn pil perancang aku makan tu?! Jeng jeng jeng.. Kalu rezeki nak bertambah aku terima jek alhamdulillah.. But hope not la..

Today also, selagi x period, aku nak posa sunat.. Aku kena kawal makan dah actually.. Ikut sedap mulut semua nak balun.. Tadi pun makan roti n kaya.. Patut roti kosong jek.. Tapi xpa la skali skala prolapse, tak mo extreme dieting sangat..

Hurmm.. So dalam 8 kg nak cecah 69.. Huhuhu.. Hope by end this year tercapai.. Aminnnnn.. Then next aim 65.. By mid 2014 and by end 2014, my ideal weight n bmi sihat @ 62.. Aminn..

Semenjak Hannah mintak susu awal pagi nih, sah pastu mesti takleh tido..

Tapi tu la, azam aku skrg, seblm beli anything.. Aku kena abihkan apa yg aku dah beli.. Haha.. Yg ni aku beli before ngandung Hannah lagi.. A year plus dok?!

77.9 kg

Pergh.. Dah nearing 77 kg.. Perghhh.. X sangka cz makan macam biasa plus ada majlis, biasa la makan sedap so makan banyak dari biasa..

Tapi aku maintain makan roti kosong jek pagi2 masa drv to work stengah jam tu.. Pastu dlm pkl 9, minum horlick lite.. No more milo dah rasanya.. Manis sgt..

Pastu aku balun Safwa Health punya L-Carnitine.. Cz aku nak cepat abihkan cz nak makan Phytonatal balikkan, aku makan 4 bijik perday.. 2 pagi 2 ptg.. Agak menyumbang kut penurunan cz masa aku google2.. Dia ni rupanya convert fat into energy.. Tapiiiiii.. Agak dose tu too big for me kut cz pagi tadi aku bangun cam kena gastrik sket, sakit perut..

Aku dah lama x gastrik nih, dari zaman akhir belasan but aku baca somewhere, one dah gastrik, potential gastrik datang balik mmg ada..

Hurmm.. So, aku akan balik abihkan l-carnitine tu 2 bijik sekali shj.. Perhaps waktu lunch.. Malam.. Jz makan roti lagi kut cicah apa2 yg patut :)

Hehe.. Must remind myself.. Below 70kg mark by end 2013 babeh :)
