Ronasutra....

Hmmm alang-alang bedak compakku abis.. aku try la Ronasutra pulak esp. iklan dia cam menarik jekkk.. ingat nak try SKII.. tapi rasa mahalla sangat.. yg tu kalu tak menjadik rasa by 40 aku try la kut SKII tuu...

So semalam alang2 kena bayar bil letrik abah yg nak kena potong tu aku p la melepak gak kat Giant KT.. ade la plak kedai jamu few kat situ nampak yg ade Ronasutra tu terus aku tanya.. hmm rega RM48.. mintak diskaun dapat la RM45... but rupa2nya Ronasutra ni tak bagi la plak span nak sapu bedak tu.. angkat la span sebijik RM3.. so pi mai pi mai tang tu jugak jadi la RM48 balik.. as consolation.. dapat kalendar 2011 sebijikk....

So today pakai.. rasanya ok kut.. mmg cam loose powder la.. aku calit few times rasa teballa plak... rupanya calit sekali jek bila baca dalam website.. betui la jugak...

Kena air pun cam tak lekat (kumur kejap tadi).. ala2 foundation la pulak.. rasa ok kut.. we shall see.. aku nak try pakai perabis.. katanya melembabkan muka.. mengurangkan minyak dan mengurangkan kedut.. kalu betui la.. alhamdulillah...

Ape lagi.. lama tak ambik gambar berat timbang.. next week la kut.. kurang berdiet sket tapi aku rasa I am better than before.. so next week punya agenda:

1) Start makan biodex... nak kurangkan my berat balik.. dulu guna dari 82 jadi 74.. ok la...
2) Jual Herbalife tuu... nak jual murah2 jek dalam EBay.. RM200.. post semenanjung RM15.. Sabah/Serawak RM25.. actually below my cost tapi takpe le..
3) Maybe start makan asid folic.. trying for a girl again Feb nanti.. insyaallahh..

Semalam Makan Banyak

Semalam mentang2 timbang jek as well as period.. perghh indulge betul aku.. tgh makan nasi full.. snak makan plak coklat singgit.. malam dinner pasar malam.. nasi share ngan Haikal.. ayam.. cendol... nasib malam lepas tu aku kawal makan buah jek.. haihh..

Anyway.. today nak kawal sket... tadi BF nagn Haikal Milo ngan roti 2 keping.. tgh nak makan maggi in cup shj.. and also main Bejeweled je la kut.. malam roti ngan sardin sahaja.. tu would be my lunch as well.. malam makn roti saja la dengan Haikal.. xpa cz nanti pun lepas tu RaYa Haji the next day.. lagila makan banyak... temptation banyak the next week.. nak p konvo lagi plak.. haiyaaa.... ingat nak pegi Genting lagi etc etc.. hmmm takpa la.. yg penting convi.. yahoooo... dah ade master :P

81.2 kg at 14 Nov 2010

Just for my rekod.. pasni I need to do weekly.. bagus digital scale ni bcz u cannot tipu yrself.. I hope menurun jangan menaik...

I need to pantau my food intake.. breakfast kena tiptop esp skrg tgh period so can't paksa tak makan.. so hari ni bf dah milo.. need to makan oat semata2 pulak for breakfast..



Also need to sell my Herbalife so that I can buy my Biodex.. Bukan apa Biodex boleh minum panas2.. aku selera sket bila boleh minum air panas tu.. as breakfast is the most important meal.. need to makan la kan.. at least tu as basis makan.. maybe after my konvo I'll restart my Biodex diet.. and posa..

seems like my Bejeweled Blitz menjadik.. malam mmg akan makan teman Haikal.. hmm so this is my benchmark.. 81.2 kg u'alls... please la make it stable if tak turun.. aminnn...

Another 11.2 kg to go for my first plateau @ 70 kg at least... my ideal.. maybe after that??

Posa ke 3

Alhamdulillah.. hari ni puasa ganti ke 3... happy happy eventho tak terbangun nak sahur hatta air plus thyroxine pun.. takpa la arrr... so if today berhasil.. another 5 days to go.. it's a matter of mind over food.. lepas posa ni I am force to evaluate my reaction to food.. mmg I am obsessed with food.. dah siap makan nak makan and makan lagi....

So at least by puasa.. 1 big meal, 1 small sahur.. huhuhu I should do the sahur I know.. tanak metabolisme lari... hmmm that I have to keep in mind next week for my next posa.. Insyaallah x g mana2 cz apparently YBM p haji.. aminnnn and semoga mendapat haji mabrur TP :)

Posa Ganti #2

Hmmm Insyaallah hari ni akan successful posa ganti ke 2... kalu jadi 6 days to go la.. I believe posa jek cara aku kawal makan.. if not asyik nak makannnnn jekk... So I hope to make it a habit makan besar just once a day.. Pagi makan alas perut.. tgh skip or maybe afther this I'll incorporate buah2an.. lapar minum MILO yg I like shj.. Malam I'll eat.. dgn Haikal mmg kena masak pun so after this at least la Nasi Kicap Telor.. sometimes Sardin.. at least Ahad and Rabu.. confirm ade pasar malam.. Khamis usually balik kampung and indulge... Isnin Selasa la masak2 sket... so lepas ni kalu abis yg 8 ni .. I'll just puasa sunat Isnin & Khamis... 2*54 = 108 hari per yar.. tolak la dalam 70 hari posa Ramadhan & period still .. 32 + 30 Ramadhan.. well 60/360 aka 1/6 ok la tu.. wish me luck...

Hmmm.. petang ni makan roti ngan sardin.. esok posa ganti lagi
Balik kampung amik my netbook.. I want to do squidoo... e.g. Malaysian orchids ke Malaysian folklore ke.. all about Malaysia la..
OOooo... as well as my digital scale.. after this every week I want to update my weight.. tanak ambitious dah.. dalam 2 - 3 kg loss per year jek.. jangan tambahkan at least.. wish me luck!

Diet Hari Ni..

Hari ni still ok lagi.. pagi makan kuih satu.. pastu bagi Haikal sket ngan bagi dia biskut biasa satu... beli baulu pun x makan.. Just Quaker in a cup la but manis sangat yuckkk...

So lunch ari ni makan nasi biasa jek kut.. takde le nak makan sangat but alang2 kan.. beli vitamin Haikal.. roti etc...

Malam ni maggi kut.. aku actually nak makan malam.. luch I dont really care... Tapi takpe.. esok puasa ganti.. lusa pun ganti kut, Khamis cz nak bayar bill convo.. makan mcD kut bila p Giant nanti.. well at least 2 hari posa per week still ok...

Lepas ni aku akan bawak roti to opis... makan that for pagi kut else kena restart Herbalife balik la kut.. tgh roti.. malam baru heavy.. hmmmm...

Hari ni diet bejeweled blitz lunchtime dengan jayanya...

Hmmm lunch hari ni berjaya tak kuar.. instead aku makan 3 in 1Q vital quaker oat.. ok la cz pagi makan macam2.. maggi mini la.. biskut la.. kuantiti kecik2 cz layan Haikal makan... tu la bila actual breakfast ngan hubby & kimi, nasi campur tu rasa kenyang sangat...

So malam ni pasar malam.. beli hati.. tekok (for kucing) and nasi ayam kut for me and Kimi to share... esok rsnya just nasi ngan telo goreng jek le.. ops.. how to goreng cz gas tak bukak.. ayoyooo... hmmm.. camano eh? telor rebus la kut...bagus gak lagi lesser minyak.. esok pun Haikal punya check up for cacing... petang ni plak nak g kedai kain lepas g pasar malam tu.. hmmmm... yekle nak prepare for my convo tu... hmmm.. manyak event tul.. also nak beli buah.. ade buah ke time hujan2 ni eh.. untuk me snacking waktu malam... should buy roti as well for breakfast me and Haikal.. sian budak tu kelaparan jek nanti...

Posa Ganti 1 Done..

Alhamdulillah posa hari ni selamat.. Hampir2 berbuka tadi cz si Matt datang.. Ingat nk belanja yapi dia tanak plak.. So alhamdulillah.. 1 done, 7 to go..

Balik pasar malam beli nasi briyani.. Kuih tat telo ngan tekok and pwdal ayam.. Ayam to more towards niat nak bagi kucing la.. So jumlah semua RM10.50.. Ok la banyak tu.. Yg penting I don't overeat.. Hmmm bolehle pasni.. Maybe lunch roti wholeneal ngan milo je ke.. Pagi Herbalife.. Malam pasar malam or kalu Haikal ade telur and nasi ke.. Kena start blajar goreng2 benda simple.. Yekla takkab telo everyday..

update tru blackberry..

Hmmmm baguih gak ade blackberry ni esp pada org yg berdiet.. Aku rasa pasni every end of the day aku boleh update apa aku makan as reference.. Sayang BB takde option post pics.. Aku rasa nak upload my weekly weight in session.. Kalu IPhone ade apllication tu.. Hmmm need to buy IPhone la lepas nii...

So for sahur tadi.. I ate thyroxine 1.. Jamu mak dara 2.. Magi mini asam laksa satu.. Milo ngan biskut pingpong 2.. Haiyaa the food should be either 1.. Xpa la kut just for this time..

Malam think nk makan nasi.. Hati RM2 ngan tekok ayam for the cats.. Hmmmm wish me luck eh.. Nak realign selera ni mmg seksa..

Puasa Ganti 1

Hari ini hari Rabu.. Ngan hari puasa ganti aku yang pertama dari 8 hari yg aku tuang.. Hahaha beza betui dari zaman ngandung.. Kimi full ngan Haikal 1 day.. Tu pun sebab kena minum air gula..

Anyway.. Sebab utama posa of course la cz nak ganti.. Equally important untuk jaga my food intake.. Tanak sebab mulut badan binasa.. Dah la skrg dah 82 kg.. 20kg overweight.. Sama dengan berat Kimi.. Pasni jugak Isnin & Khamis nak puasa.. Kalu 6 hari sebulan posa (seminggu haid kan) x 12 dah 72 hari aka 2 bulan puasa.. Campur Ramadhan sebulan.. Dah 3 months aka suku year kurangkan makan.. Boleh kurangkan makan.. Better my health as well as jimatkan duit makan.. Insyaallah..

Aku really risaukan my kesihatan niii.. Takut nanti diabetes la.. Jantung la.. Strok la.. Kanser la.. Nauxzubillahhhhh..

Dah le baju ketat2.. TShirt biasa aku dah tak leh nak sarung yg usual L or hatta XL pun.. P IDFR p Taman Melawati beli TShirt tempat otang betui2 besar..

Think my unconttrollable weight maybe cz of my flactuating Tyroxine intake la.. Yg naik banyak tu time aku tak tgk pun my intake lepas lahirkan Haikal.. Tu yg bila check borderlina low.. Sebulan lepas aku makan 2 biji.. Botderline high.. Ni kena makan sebijik plak.. Takuy bordrline low balik abisla naik balik.. So I need to control my intake.. Agak kena abiskan my Herbalife gak la at least untuk bersahur I use that.. Hmmm its a plan la.. Naper time posa aku boleh skrg takleh plak kan.. Insyaalllahhh..
