Try tak Dinner

Hurmmmm.. So, today aku try tak dinner. Sejuk so aku x minum air byk, besides ade prog esok n lusa, susah nak terkucil..

Hurmm.. Aku lapar la lunch besides boleh jalan2 burn so kalories.. So am thinking buang dinner n makan lunch.. Perhaps dinner can change to fruits.. Senang skali kurma or else, roti sekeping..

Kurma tu comey if breakfast, roti sekeping if lapar.. Some lite milo for calcium else horlick..

Hurmm.. Wanna try 72.. The weight masa aku lepas beranakkan Kimi 7 years plus ago.. Dapat tu, we shall target another 10 kg off to the ideal BMI of 62.. Insyaallah..
