Berat Skrg: 78 Kg Part 2

Hmmm sebab lagi seminggu nak start keja balik.. need to write some plan nak gerak gempur my fat ni.. ala2 cam Biggest Loser Asia nak start so I need to start as well...

So.. kita mulakan dengan aim... skrg 78kg... my ideal weight max pun 63kg i.e. 15kg to go or 19.23% of my current weight.. ayoyooo....

Cz skrg masih campur2 susu so takleh la try Extreme Diet cam Jusmate 5 tu.. huhu...

Saya rasa actually my food intake is ok just kena extrakan lagi exercise.. nak senang just at least do 2 things.. naikkan fluid intake 8 gelas or at least 1 litre each day (nanti kena paksa abiskan sebotol air time office) ngan puasa Sunat Isnin and Khamis.. Breakfast akan just makan biskut Jacobs nagn Milo.. sama dengan malam so makan nasi just once a day waktu tghhari...

Hmmm nanti aku kena la buat tracking food intake as well as daily weight in.. masaalahnye penimbang ni tak berapa betui sangat la.. takpe I'll persevere dulu before invest beli yang digital plak..

Ooo... and I need to start exercising la.. kena try upload step poco2 la lepas ni.. huhuhuhu.. and try to get 10 mins nap each lunchtime before walking out to get food.. hmmm insyaallah I can do it at least slow and steadily I aim to be my healthy weight in a year's time...

Tu la bagusnye peranan blog... to remind myself pasal my diet... akan tercapaike?? Huhuhu....
