82 Kg Balik huhuhu...

Lama tak update.. hehe thanks blogger Wana for noticing, tak tau plak blog ni ada orang baca :P

Anyway, tgk2 balik gambar aku early this year 29 Jan to be exact, 77 kg.. Nampak muka n badan slimmer, baju XXL pun Nampak loose.. huhuhu dah jadi kenangan semata2 cz lepas tu aku bz, cum tension.. and aku kalau busy + tensen = makan banyak = weight gain..

So naik la berat asal 82 kg.. tapi aku bersyukur at least not more than that. 82 tu mmg my stagnant weight la. Anyway... cz lepas PRU aku dah slow down balik.. aku kena restart balik la esp posa dah tak lama lagi... kena pulun babeh...

Skrg ni, perut aku amat buncit, cam orang mengandung I gotta say.. so terbaca2 newspaper ari tu.. dia kata the tip to kurangkan perut buncit is tahan nafas and abdominal.. kira sampai 10 n lepaskan, repeat a few times.. so I am doing that..

Alang2 do that, aku repeat dengan senaman Kagel la aka kemutkan bahagian **tutttt** tu.. ya la anak dah 3, yg baru2 nih kena plak koyak banyak n kena seluk tumpah darah so mmg kena la.. Alhamdulillah tapi, waalaupun jahit banyak, takde le sampai kencing tak lawas etc...

Also, aku nih kena posa cz kalau tak posa mmg mulut nak ngunyah jek, so solution mmg posa esp Rejab n Syaaban ni elok posa sunat practise Ramadhan.. pas Ramadhan.. aku nak posa ganti cepat2 as well as try to get that posa 6.. pastu posa Isnin and Khamis akan diwajibkan.. so 2/7 days aku kena posa...

Aku gak kena naikkan aktiviti fizikal.. yg ni aku start today nih. Surau kat opis aku ni personal sket, sorang masuk jek salalunya. So pasni after Zuhur n Asar, I will so small exercise.... ala angkat2 tangaan.. cecah2 kaki.. tadi buat each 10 repetitions pun dah mengah, huhuhu my kesihatan and stamina mmg bad. But I will try to persevere insyaallah...

Ooo.. kebetulan baru2 nih ade usahawan bagi aku free sample produk dia Aura Mimiey, think I will use that for bersahur la, in addition with Kurma n air kosong. I kinda like it cz drink dia standing milo sket. Aku plak mmg suka minum milo pagi2 kat opis cicah sekkut kering. Aku rasa tu one of the reason berat aku naik balik.

So.. wish me luck. I will try to rajinkan diri ambik gambar penimbang every week balik lepas ni. Still got time to get that 70 kg by end of the year tu. Doakan la yekk.. Aminn..
