Testimoni Saya Pasal Minyak Herbanika Nona Raguy
Beli ni masa berpantang ari tu, beli terus satu set bersalin Nona Raguy.. Saya jenis culas sket (jangan ikut cam saya yek).. So.. Saya mmg suka Minyak Herbanika nih dengan Phytonatal Nona Raguy (tu lain kali citer)..
Sori la gambar tak lawa.. Berlumuih orang kata.. Tu tanda mmg guna la tuuuu..
Saya suka minyak Herbanika NR sebab:-
1) Bau dia ok.. Serai wangi gitu..
2) Time pantang mmg saya guna la untuk hampir kesemuanya.. Yg paling banyak guna bila nak urut kaki.. Sejukkan.. Pastu cepatla pulak turun bengkak lepas lumur minyak nih..
3) Boh kat pad time tunggu luka bersalin tu sembuh.. Mmg baguihhh ooo.. X pedih, rasa berangin jek n luka macam senang sembuh sket..
4) Nih aku baru try semlm.. Aku cabut gigi kan.. Pastu kena makan antibiotik.. Antibiotik nih kengkadang bunuh bakteria.. Kawasan tuttt kita tu ade dua2 bakteria dan kulat.. So, makan antibiotik nih kemungkinan besar kandida yg muncul.. Aka kegatalan kat tut and ruam2.. And start keputihan2 pekat tu.. Solusi aku?! Pakai pad and boh beberapa tompok minyak herba atas tu.. Mujarabbb.. Takyah beli pad herba merba jumbo mambo tu..
Kesimpulannya beli la Minyak Herbanika nih.. Ade gak khasiatnya.. :)

Testimoni Aku Dgn Herba HBA Buasir
Aku kena buasir dah lama.. Sejak guna jamu Merit dari Indon tu. Tapi tak kronik la. Baru2 nih aku melahirkan baby ke 3 aku, baby girl yg amat diidamkan2 after 2 boys. Musim cuti sekolah, so hubby ajak ler jenjalan KL esp IKEA and i-City lepas tempoh pantang tu. Aku plak abih pantang, jadi pantang tengok.. Terliur mee mamak kaw.. Ya la kat Trg mana ada mamak pure kat Trg except kat Mydin tu. KL berlambak2. Anyway.. Mlm tu perut memulas-mulas. P toilet. Alamak! Baby menangis la pulak. Cz aku takde masaalah sembelit time pantang nih, aku teran la cz nak cepat dapatkan baby. Perghh legaaa.. Esok paginya memula ok lagi.. Pastu rasa sakit sangat kat montot. Macam sakit keluar. Tak sedap duduk aku, dah le pi mai KT - KL - KT in two days jek, tido semalaman. Its a big no no for buasir kalu duduk lama2 jugak. Sampai kat Petronas Karak buang air, raba2.. Alamakk besarnya rasa.. Dah aku pikir macam2.. Terus aku google masa kat LPT tu cari penawar buasir terbaik. Aku mmg dah jeling2 stokis HPA nih yg dok dekat jek dgn umah aku. Teringin jadi ahli koop dia cz diveden kaw2 khabarnya.. Tapi aku malu sket, deme Islamic, aku free hair ahaks :P Anyway.. P jek.. Dia suggest aku 4 benda nih.. Minyak but-but untuk sapu kat lubang montot tu. Lagi goncang lagi sebati khasiatnya. If possible, sapu2.. Try tekan ke dalam sket buasir tu. Yg lagi 3.. Ficus.. Ni mmg herba wajib untuk merawat buasir. Yg 2 lagi pembantu mencepatkan proces rawatan.. Pelawas.. Well, makan memang lawasla.. Org kena buasir nih mmg takut p buang air besar but dgn pelawas nih, mmg tak takutla. Pastu Tuju Angin.. Perghh.. Yg ni mmg membuatkan aku betui2 percaya.. Asyik kentutttttt jek.. But legala, abih semua angin keluar.. Nanti ada masa, aku nak buat entry khusus pasal each herba ni. Mmg tk nafi la, aku sebab dah try sendiri, memang percaya keberkesanan produk HPA nih.. Herba asli, milik 100% bumi plak tuu..

Kena puji :)
Fuyoooo.. Hehe what's a 10 kg difference (ya la.. Last time dia tgk aku bwk perut) hehe but definitely rasa very motivated.
Baju pun dah loose2.. Aku rasa nk skip or makan very lite dinner would be a good option.
Pagi tadi cabut gigi.. Still sakit nih.. Darah still kuar ni, dia x jahit mcm the last time. Nasib aku dh makan roti jagung n half a cup of nescafe cz mmg tak berani nak makan as well as tekak perit bila menelan hatta air liur pun.
Jz bila nak makan ubat, aku lapik dgn dadih malaysia jabatan haiwan tu.. Dh RM1.50 dah, rasa kurang manis gak x macam dulu..

Still below 80 :)
My motto this time round, if aku beli, aku kena abiskan b4 aku beli yg lain. So, my l-carnitine still ada, some ayurslim himalaya pun ada lagi.. As well as beli mahal2 amenda dah yg from my kazen tu..
A few people yg jumpa mention aku nampak slim. But last time diorg nampak aku ngandung so it shouldn't count. Alhamdulillah dalam 79.. 10 kg less dari aku last pregnant 88.5kg.. As well as 3 kg down dari aku x ngandung.
9 kg from my 2013 target aka 70kg which will be less than 72kg time aku lepas bersalinkan Kimi. Hope I can get it.
My game plan.. Malam x makan, else jz roti sekping 2.. Pagi2 milo lite n biskut or roti. Tgh.. I should eat some nasi.. Ingat nak beli breakfast food eg nasi dagang, nasi minyak ke.. With these, my daily food bought would be less than RM5.. Jimat duit n kalori.

Try tak Dinner
Hurmm.. Aku lapar la lunch besides boleh jalan2 burn so kalories.. So am thinking buang dinner n makan lunch.. Perhaps dinner can change to fruits.. Senang skali kurma or else, roti sekeping..
Kurma tu comey if breakfast, roti sekeping if lapar.. Some lite milo for calcium else horlick..
Hurmm.. Wanna try 72.. The weight masa aku lepas beranakkan Kimi 7 years plus ago.. Dapat tu, we shall target another 10 kg off to the ideal BMI of 62.. Insyaallah..

79 vs 82 kg..
Org komen aku slim.. Ya la takde perut dah, highest dlm 88.5 kg, tak berat baby kali ni pun..
Yg merisaukan, aku dah start makan sedap balik, haiya camna nih.. Definitely kena start pose sunat Isnin n Khamis.. Also, lunch makan sket, air ngan roti ke, maggi in cup ke.. Malam jek, maggi ke etc.. Cz if aku makan lunch, malam aku baham lagi..
Selagi Hannah masih bangun malam, aku need to sleep during lunch. Makan perhaps pkl 12, roti cicah milo ke.. Pagi need to try air suam n kurma dulu.. Pastu 10, cereal ke.. Jacobs plus air ke.. All yg lite2 version..
Pkl 3, perhaps some fruits n nut.. Malam baru perhaps something heavy eg telo n roti..
All and all, air 1.5 litre perday, 1 litre to 1.5l at office and another 500 ml optional..

Posa 6
Kali nih tgh preggies, alhamdulillah no complication.. Walopun category obese (berat start pun dah 82 kg vs berat ideal 63kg) tapi alhamdulillah la, bp.. Hb.. Glukos stabil.. Alhamdulillah..
Aku tak letih posa but gotta admit, lepas Raya makan over la aku rasa, nafsu nafsi comes back.. So, untuk kawal kenaikkan, think apa salahnya aku try fulfil posa 6 this year.. Don't get me wrong.. No diet2 eh.. Aku nak kenaikkan sihat.. Cam posa kali nih pun mmg aku tak miss sahur la.. Respect :P
Same cam tadi.. Tak miss gak.. Makan megi ngan sayur sawi.. Telur.. Crabmeat.. Sedap gak esp the sawi.. Sempat lagi wat bersahur lusa hikhikhik.. Ingat nk posa selasa, rabu n khamis la.. Insyaallah..
Skrg pun dah minggu ke 2 posa.. Abih by minggu ke 3 alhamdulillah la.. Besides skrg pun dah 36 weeks.. Tak lama lagi lorrr.. Insyaallah akan full term.. Sakit belakang time tido mmg takleh nak elak.. Adoiii.. Mmg sakit time nak beralih arah ngiring tu.. Alignment confirm dah lari kut..
Ade seminggu lagi bila nak dapat claim balik.. Dunno if I need to go event Kuantan tu.. Malas actually.. But mcm gotta go... Aku yg penting nak tunggu duit claim tu.. Nk beli set bersalin.. Baca2 godek2 tergoda set bersalin nona raguy tu.. Terbaca satu online site yg mcm jual murah jek.. Siap ade hadiah lagik.. Also nak add on minyak telon baby.. Syampoo botak for hubby...
Aku choose NR cz seems like dia melawaskan air besar cz my 2nd sonn aku ade prob tu walopun aku org yg amat lawas kebiasaannya la.. Baca2 ramai yg dapat good result.. Siap kata boleh continue makan one of the supplement to maintain badan.. Ya la, jamu kan.. And it is kinda cheaper than Jamu Mak Dara.. We will try la kan..
Aku x aim banyak.. Just hope to reach 70kg by 3 months.. 16kg lost? Hurmm.. Cuba jek ler.. 44 pantang umah ma.. Pastu I need to try masak sendiri la insyaallah.. Try to get food at lesser calories and of course, try to breastfeed baby this time round, insyaallah...

86.5 kg @ 34 Weeks
Aku rasa by 40 weeks, hope paling tinggi pun dalam 89, dun wanna mencecah 90 kg already...
Also to aim, by end this year at least 79.. Nak pecahkan than 80s barrier.. If 75 the better ma.. Yang penting need to do it really healthily..
Pantang 44 days kan.. Ingat masa tu nak dok umah ma cz if umah sendiri, bet aku akan rasa serabut.. Besides, senang ma tlg jaga baby esp time mandikan, malam2 terjaga etc...
Ingat nk try gak breastfeed this time round. Tgk kwn yg bf maintain slim jek, jeles gak.. But most importantly is keperluan baby tu la..
I also need to jaga my body need. As langkah berjimat as well, dun want to buy more baju anymore. Jz wanna used what I have. Tgk baju banyak2 sayang sungguh. Of cz this also ties up to my overall health. Alhamdulillah walopun berat aku 86+ dh skrg, masa pemeriksaan kesihatan shown.. No high or low blood pressure, no gestational diabetes (so normal diabetes pun kurang), thyroid ok, calcium ok..
Alhamdulillah la.. So jz need to up my fitness level la sket.. And aim at least 65 - 70 kg.. Ultimately to my ideal 63 kg.. Hurmm.. Lama tu, berat 10 years ago.. And I hope I do not resort to weight loss program to achieve it, just want to do it healthily insyaallah..
Perhaps, masa yg I should eat tgh tu.. I need to do some light exercise ke.. Hmm something to ponder nih...

Aim Nak Kurus Masa Pantang..
Wahhh.. If aku dapatla.. 85 kg less 15 jadi 70.. Halfway to my berat idaman la.. Tapi tu la, aku tgk tu yg mostly jaga pantang.. Makan itu ini, mak jaga betui2..
Aku punya side pulak susah sket.. My mom bukan jenis jaga orang pantang. At least the first 44 days yang penting.. Nak takes things easy.. Taknak prolapse rahim etc. Kalu pikir, senang duduk rumah ma la.. Tapi tu la tempat kurang selesa la pulak.. Nk dok umah sendiri, takut la pulak aku buat kerja rumah time pantang nanti.. Pastu hubby nak manja2 tak larat wehh in 30 days terawal tuh..
Solution dia ada actually. Ambil hired help, orang yg dtg buat kerja rumah.. Bayar dia jek ler nanti.. Skrg pun walopun x mewah, still boleh lepas la orang kata..
Boleh suruh dia buat kerja rumah.. Masak2 menu pantang etc gaks.. Tapi tu la kan.. Have to wait n see gaks.. My mom pun jenis lepas jek..
Also, food during pantang. Kali nih 3 months maternity, after 30 days insyaallah dah kuat dah.. Kali nih dun wan keluar rumah dah balik kampung awal walopun hubby ajak.. Dia nih jenis famili man sket.. Cz I love him, turutkan jek most of the time, he is a darling man..
Tapi tu la.. Aim also to breastfeed this time round. Nasib ada pembacaan. My mom dok psycho kata takde susu la etc but dia pun actually kurang pengetahuan. Jahat tak kata nk breastfeed cz nak kurangkan berat badan? Kuikuikui.. Jahatla jugak.. But I also think breastmilk is the best milk in the world. Sayang aku kurang pendedahan time Kimi and Haikal. Diiorg dapat rasa setitik dua jek huhuhu..
So.. Apa2 pun, we will try for 70 kg tuh.. Insyaallahh..
Ooo.. Also, nak try set Nona Raguy.. Abih Raya nanti, I will start shopping2 barang2 yg takde.. Diapers, Pads, etc etc

Posa Posa..
Tapi tu la smlm check, in 2 weeks turun 1.5 kg.. Kalu tak preggies aku gila happy dah.. Mana nk cekau turun 1.5 kg tuh tapi nasibla nurse ok.. Dia kata semua yg preggies turun bulan posa nih.. Dia jek yg naik hahahaha..
So skrg I am 85kg.. Aku jz nak be realistic and turun berat badan to 70kg in 2013.. Dah la.. Better than now just hovering 82 kg jek. Hubby pun 75kg. Need for us to both turun berat badan to 70kg.
Now, its not about cantik but more towards health, insyaallah.

22 Weeks @ 85 kg
Aku rasa skrg ni aku over sensitif.. Senang terasa.. Kurang sabar.. Cam time aku bengang dengar doktor tu la.. Tu la sapa soh compile patients satu hari tu.. 4 jam nak jumpa tak sampai 10 minit.. Hampeh.. Huhuhu angin jek ingat balik..
Ok ok... Cool down cool down.. Skrg selera pun mmg amat ok.. Risau gak skrg dah 85 kg.. Masa Haikal dulu rasa end pun dalam 84.. Kimi lagila dalam less 82 kut.. Hurmm.. Xpa la.. Dun wanna diet.. Biar baby membesar dengan sihat..
Skrg pun tak scan lagi jantina.. Takmo la.. Aku nak berusaha dengan berdoa that she is a she :P ..
Skrg pun baby suka dah tendang2 perut.. 22 tu dalam 5 bulan plus la eh.. Halfway mark cz pregnancy dalam 40 weeks but bila2 starting 36 weeks dah ok to deliver dah.. Hurmmm... Gerun gak nak bersalin normal balik but I will persevere..
Lepas bersalin, ingat kali nih nak breastfeed secukupnya insyaallah... Also nak kurangkan berat badan.. Bet bila bersalin pun hanya akan turun min pun 80.. I aim to go to 70.. But healthily la.. Insyaallahh... God help me..
Atkins and exercise.. That is the keyword lepas nih.. Hubby cam ok if stakat 3 jek and I kinda agree, but if Allah give another one by I am 40.. I will accept insyaallah..
Huhuhu time flies kan.. Hubby will be 40 in around 3 weeks time and my 37th birthday will be here in a week's time.. Time flies eh.. But I am more concerned cz my mom and dad akan menjangkau 62 years old.. Ya Allah berkatilah kami semua.. Panjangkan lah umur kami dan jadikan kami umatmu yang beriman.. Insyaallahhhh...
Also, June ni la jugak my marriage dah 8 years.. Also 8 years tak dok with family.. Wanna be with family but boss tak lepas la pulak.. Hurmmm..

19 Weeks Pregnant @ 84 kg
Hurmmm.. Berat kan.. 84.. Skrg naik half a kilo every 2 weeks.. Adoiiii ngehngehngeh... Abis misi marah hati tu.. Kalu 20 weeks above ok la.. Ni below dah naik kawkaw.. Hahahaha...
Ingat maternity nak try susu badan.. Wholly insyaalllah.. Also aim to turunkan ke healthy BMI after this. No more excuses. Like skrg pun I need to eat healthily.. Kena masak fresh food for dinner.. Juz soup kut or some beehoon or sooun.. Tgh jek nasi.. Kena jalan sket so that ade a bit of excersice.. Skrg ni jalan pun dah kurang.. Hihihihi :P

81.9 kg @ 14 weeks, 22 Mac 2012
14 weeks dah, dah masuk 2nd trimester.. Aku letih actually, travel everywhere.. Takmo pergi tak boleh pulak..
Yg aku takut skali masa ahad lepas, agak cz banyak bergerak and too tired, ada brown spotting mcm biasa time aku nak period.. Risau aku.. So mlm tu aku tido awal n put my feet up..
Aku balik Kerteh aku p jumpa doktor, muda la plak doktor ni tapi dia scan.. Seems my baby progressing ok, cam dalam 14.5 weeks.. Heartbeat ok.. Tulang belakang kaki tangan semua dah form.. Just dia kata uri aku a bit low.. Walopun still early, it should be higher tu yg menambahkan risk dia tu...
Huhuhu.. Aku harap semua ok till kelahiran and beyond semua selamat, ya allah.. Tolonggg... Aminnn...

Hurmm.. Bagus gak actually.. Boleh kawal makan kalu x preggies, but preggy nih aku mmg ensure aku tetap makan...
Hurm.. Aku pikir2 balik bagus la aku implement pemakanan cam ni:-
1) Biskut ngan air.. Skrg masuk milo jek.. Kena start minum horlick kut.. Kena beli nih...
2) Tgh.. Akan heavy.. Tak kira la nasi ke etc etc..
3) Malam.. Kena kawal jugak.. Patut pkl 7 makan buah.. Epal semestinya pastu burger telo ke.. Sardin ke.. Kena start beli tomato gaks..
Hurmmm... Lepas nih kena start dieting plak.. Kalu nak makan malam, perhaps siang hari just makan buah and main bejeweled jek.. Aci dok?

8 Weeks @ 81.9 kg
Definitely if dikurniakan Allah nak baby girl this time. Aim also lepas baby nak turn new leaf on healthy living. Nak makanan berkhasiat n tak banyak sangat.
Okla jugak alahan ni ensure aku makan healthily skit n portion yg betui. Tu pun aku start jugak exercising siap beli a dvd from US tru ebay hehehe.. Semangat2..
Bila tgk2 balik dulu pun weight aku dalam 80+ masa pregnant Haikal tapi tu la rasa masa tu cergas sket, skrg ni asyik nak tidoooo jek.. Cepat la jugak aku rasa bulan Sept ni lepas bulan puasa nak deliver. Aku ingat nak ensure lawatan kilang 50 aku tu tercapai.. This month pun aku rasa dalam 9 kut.. Ok la tu at least within budget..
Then bebudak audit dalam 18.. So jadinya 27.. Ade lagi 23.. Well, nampak achievable la pulak kan.. Aku rasa nak buat cepat kut.. Nanti bulan 3 nanti p lawat2 lagi.. Hurmm.. At least aku rasa by Jun tu if I can get 40 pun ok.. Hurmmm tgkla camana.. Kena start pergi dalam KT la pulak..
Tu la melalut2 mesti p hal kerja .. Hahahaha.. Nak wat camano, workoholic, nak keja KPI punya pasal. At least media aku boleh aim for event KB nih.. Dah abih dah .. Profile nanti jek aku kena baiki sket.. Hurmmm seems like semua kerja aku dah cover..
Just naik pangkat lagi x tau, under SBPA susah lagi la.. Semlm borak2 ngan budak HR tu cam susah jek. Cam SSM la memula ganas jek syllabus but as time passes, jadi ok sket. Hurmm..
Tu la aku kena fight for 48 gak.. Pastu if things settle down lepas PRU ke boleh la aku start thinking about Phd plak.. Hurmmm...

Hurmmm berbuka teringin nasi briyani kut kebetulan ade pasar malam nih.. Ingat nak sembahyang dulu b4 drive balik.. Dalam 650 to 7 p cari makanan.. Jz that nasi, cendol and kropok for me n the cats kut...
Kalu kena gaya, posa tahun ni nampaknya full la.. Patut 19-20 ogos dah raya.. Time tu aku dah sarat la kut..
Juz harap the big event kena bulan Mei nih.. Bukan apa.. Lepas event abis patut keje kurangla sket..
Huishhh sleepy.. Tak larat buat keje and I need energy.. Kali ni mmg lagi tired than Haikal, at least time Haikal I want to snooze jek..
Agak, badan pun tak larat takde stamina kut.. Dah le rasa ketat2 jek tengkuk.. Hope nothing serius.. Velentine nanti p HKT.. Mau mintak cuti.. Mau dok lepak makan coneydog, curly onions and air a&w yummy :)

Anyway, dgn semangat berkobar2 aku pun p la Giant beli dvd baru.. Tak mahal pun brand LG RM129.. Dulu aku beli brand unknown pun dah mahal sket than nih aku rasa.. Tu la kan.. E&E mmg gilos cheap nowadays..
Anyway, I also bought some dvds la.. Ingat nk start today.. Bukan apa, dh mengah naik tangga ma.. Mmg aku not fit... Camna la nak push baby nanti so that's why aku aim nak built stamina..
Pasni, if Allah grant me a gegirl, I also need to be fit and healthy.. No longer a slob ma.. Insyaallahhhhh...

Anyway, bahaya la, aku dok rasa mengah jek skrg.. As I am preggies, makan kena ensure ok.. So I am aiming for healthy food la..
But excercise pun kena jugakle.. Takut aku makin2 tak fit nak labor nanti, ishkkk.. Kena prepare mental fizikal for normal birth lagi nih in next 8+ months..

Smlm dinner ngan bebudak, baru tau yg sorang ni jenis x makan malam.. Patutla cekeding hehe.. Tapi dia smokers .. So not good for him..
Aku pun kata nak start beraktiviti fizikal tak buat2 lagila.. Patut jz aerobik kat rumah jek.. Aku risau gak dh start rasa berpinar2 nih.. Simptom apa kah itu.. Aduyaiiii...
