Hurmm.. Yg aku suka time posa ni is that boleh kawal makan n turunkan berat badan.. Tapi time ngandung nih mmg aku ensure makan dengan puas hati la... Esp. skrg dh 32 weeks, patut every two weeks at least half a kg if not nurse bebel...
Tapi tu la smlm check, in 2 weeks turun 1.5 kg.. Kalu tak preggies aku gila happy dah.. Mana nk cekau turun 1.5 kg tuh tapi nasibla nurse ok.. Dia kata semua yg preggies turun bulan posa nih.. Dia jek yg naik hahahaha..
So skrg I am 85kg.. Aku jz nak be realistic and turun berat badan to 70kg in 2013.. Dah la.. Better than now just hovering 82 kg jek. Hubby pun 75kg. Need for us to both turun berat badan to 70kg.
Now, its not about cantik but more towards health, insyaallah.
