Alhamdulillah... Naik balik berat lepas 2 minggu.. Hahahaha.. Dah nurse komplen berat turun, aku cuba la maintainkan berat dgn makan ala2 boleh tahan.. Asal menjadik ok arrr...
Aku rasa by 40 weeks, hope paling tinggi pun dalam 89, dun wanna mencecah 90 kg already...
Also to aim, by end this year at least 79.. Nak pecahkan than 80s barrier.. If 75 the better ma.. Yang penting need to do it really healthily..
Pantang 44 days kan.. Ingat masa tu nak dok umah ma cz if umah sendiri, bet aku akan rasa serabut.. Besides, senang ma tlg jaga baby esp time mandikan, malam2 terjaga etc...
Ingat nk try gak breastfeed this time round. Tgk kwn yg bf maintain slim jek, jeles gak.. But most importantly is keperluan baby tu la..
I also need to jaga my body need. As langkah berjimat as well, dun want to buy more baju anymore. Jz wanna used what I have. Tgk baju banyak2 sayang sungguh. Of cz this also ties up to my overall health. Alhamdulillah walopun berat aku 86+ dh skrg, masa pemeriksaan kesihatan shown.. No high or low blood pressure, no gestational diabetes (so normal diabetes pun kurang), thyroid ok, calcium ok..
Alhamdulillah la.. So jz need to up my fitness level la sket.. And aim at least 65 - 70 kg.. Ultimately to my ideal 63 kg.. Hurmm.. Lama tu, berat 10 years ago.. And I hope I do not resort to weight loss program to achieve it, just want to do it healthily insyaallah..
Perhaps, masa yg I should eat tgh tu.. I need to do some light exercise ke.. Hmm something to ponder nih...
