Anyway, bahaya la, aku dok rasa mengah jek skrg.. As I am preggies, makan kena ensure ok.. So I am aiming for healthy food la..
But excercise pun kena jugakle.. Takut aku makin2 tak fit nak labor nanti, ishkkk.. Kena prepare mental fizikal for normal birth lagi nih in next 8+ months..
