Isnin n Khamis kena posa..
Makan roti n biskut siang hari..
Malam makan heavy..
Tido waktu lunch..
Breakfast healthy.. Nak kidnap kurma hubby la.. Nak makan 3 kurma waktu pagi n air kosong.. Sementara tu aku kena korek2 kurma n dried fruit yg company bagi masa aku lawat kilang untuk abihkan..
