Try Ayurslim Plak..

Kali ni try Ayurslim plaks.. Bukan apa, bila merayap East Coast Mall last weekend, termasuk Watson.. Ternampak dia.. Tgk rega not so bad gak dalam RM75 for a month supply.. So ape lagi swipe la hahahahaha...

Bukan apa, aku dissapointed la jugak.. Nak try for 3rd baby, x dapat2.. Teringat berat aku dah 83kg.. Dulu masa bujang2.. Ada akak sorang citer doktor suruh dia turunkan berat badan kalu nak mengandung.. A few kilos pun dah ok so that hormon ok..

Ayurslim aku suka cz dia tulis situ main ingredient garcinia.. Asam keping la tu.. Cara senang memang rendam minum air dia la actually.. Wonder napa aku tak buat tu huhuhu.. Well, dah terbeli kapsul nih kita just try la dok..

Cara makan dia gak simple.. 2 bijik kapsul 15 mins after breakfast n dinner.. Dia tulis dinner should be the lightest meal.. So mmg aku tgh buat that.. Try to eat egg sandwich jek for dinner.. So lunch should be my heaviest meal.. Nasi n thingy.. Breakfast, I will try for roti and cereal / jacob / kurma for snack..

Also, dah kemas2 rumah nih.. Aku should try exercising every other day la.. Cam this week, isnin, selasa, rabu.. Should aim for more outdoor activities soon jugak.. Hmmmm...

    1. ops, x perasan la dik komen... rasa cam ok.. tapi tu la akak ambik main2 jek, so x leh komen lebih2..
