Hmmm Insyaallah hari ni akan successful posa ganti ke 2... kalu jadi 6 days to go la.. I believe posa jek cara aku kawal makan.. if not asyik nak makannnnn jekk... So I hope to make it a habit makan besar just once a day.. Pagi makan alas perut.. tgh skip or maybe afther this I'll incorporate buah2an.. lapar minum MILO yg I like shj.. Malam I'll eat.. dgn Haikal mmg kena masak pun so after this at least la Nasi Kicap Telor.. sometimes Sardin.. at least Ahad and Rabu.. confirm ade pasar malam.. Khamis usually balik kampung and indulge... Isnin Selasa la masak2 sket... so lepas ni kalu abis yg 8 ni .. I'll just puasa sunat Isnin & Khamis... 2*54 = 108 hari per yar.. tolak la dalam 70 hari posa Ramadhan & period still .. 32 + 30 Ramadhan.. well 60/360 aka 1/6 ok la tu.. wish me luck...

Balik kampung amik my netbook.. I want to do squidoo... e.g. Malaysian orchids ke Malaysian folklore ke.. all about Malaysia la..
OOooo... as well as my digital scale.. after this every week I want to update my weight.. tanak ambitious dah.. dalam 2 - 3 kg loss per year jek.. jangan tambahkan at least.. wish me luck!
