1. Puasa Isnin and Khamis - puasa sunat dan wajib ganti 8 hari Ramadhan lepas
2. Diet lunch Bejeweled Blitz - aka skip lunch main bejeweled. Makan nasui malam jek cz I also need to suap Haikal malam2.. Takut dia lapar..
3. Tambahkan makan bauh.. Lunch Bejeweled tu ganti dengan buah..
4. Breakfast dpn skip either roti and air or Herbalife..
Hmmm for record berat 82.5 kg.. Need to shed 20 kg... Huhuhuhu that's 25% maaa... Oooooooowwwwwww!!!
