Garcinia Cambogia aka Asam Keping

Hmmm.. Disaat2 supplement dietku nak abis .. Aku senang tergoda dgn iklan2 kurus ni.. So, skrg nih tgh hot iklan Ayurslim Himalaya.. Tadi google2 la tgk feedback org re produk ni..

So terjumpa one blog ni.. (Nanti aku cari balik link tu).. Ade 20 komen... Ade yg kata menjadik.. Ada yg kata tak.. One of the komen mention kandungan Garcinia Cambogia yg penting.. Makin tinggi makin senang kurus...

Aikk macam familiar jek nama tu.. Google lagi... Laaaa.. Asam keping rupanya.. Hahahaha so Ayurslim 2 botol promo kat Guardian tu RM65.. Baik guna asam keping asli terus kalu gitu..

Caranya senang jek.. Basuh asam keping tu betul2.. Thenn... Rendam dalam air mendidih.. Bila suam minum.. Better pagi2.. Khasiat dia untuk cuci perut and lemak.. Well.. Kalu Ayurslim pun guna .. Rxlite Dr Noordin Darus pun guna.. So.. Make yr own conclusion babeh..

Hmmm aku ni tgh nak try pregnant lagi ni so kena berhemah la try benda ni.. Sooo...

1) Bangun pagi minum segelas air
2) Lepas solat segelas lagi dgn ubat tyroid aku
3) Pagi.. Makan wholemeal n cheese
4) Tgh .. Nasi separuh ngan lauk n sayur
5) Pkl 3 asid folic for baby dgn air
6) Pkl 7 layan Akasia.. Hantam air asam keping secawe..

Should try to incorporate 30 mins brisk walk per week tu la.. Helpp.. I'm obese now huhuhuhu :(

Penyakit Kebas Tanda Diabetes?

Well, jujurnya aku start dah takut ni. Aku perasan asyik kebas2 jari.. Google dlm internet cakap tu antara tanda2 diabetes.. Adoiii.. Dah la checking kesihatan masa Karnival Halal hari tu mmg kata aku ade diabetes.. Tak mo la serius tak mo..

So, what should I do? Logically mmg senaman la.. Yg paling senang start jalan kaki.. And Trg mmg ada prasarana jalan kaki yg bagus. So, patutnya.. Ahad puasa, Isnin - Rabu riadah jalan kaki, Khamis puasa jugak..

Lifestyle change.. Kurangkan karbo and processed food. Kurangkan air manis. Huhuhu...

81.3 kg @ 3 Oct 2011 and 1/8 dari Posa Ganti

Well.. X surprised actually.. Hari ni start posa lepas asyik melantak jek so not surprising rasa amat lapar.. Lemah.. Nak makan macam2..

Pastu mmg bagusla pastu p Giant hahaha.. Ingat nak beli folic asid and jug air panas.. And some food.. But lapar punya pasal I bought lots of food.. Ishk ishkk ishkkk... Hahahaha..

Haiya.. Mmg I can't shop when posa la.. And also, mmg I need to posa at least twice per week.. I have no other way to control my weight.. Helpppppp :P

Burning Kalori dgn Duit kat London

Hmmm today my last day in London.. Gilos sakit kaki.. Banyak berjalan actually.. Sana sini sinun jalan jekkk.. And aku sakit kaki.. Aku rasa cz berat badan berlebihan la..

Semlm I'm the butt of the joke masa jalan2.. Think ade la yg tak puas hati aku lambat.. Walhal diorg lagi lambat shopping before that.. X kisah la kut.. Besides it is true, memang aku debab..

Well.. Balik nanti Rabu.. Khamis puasa sunat la kejap.. Start ganti puasa awal.. Start jaga makan.. Start exercising.. Need to use my board tu.. Try korek balik my cd somewhere or else just buy a new one.. Huhuhu.. Need to aim 30 mins 3 times per week.. Wish me luck!
