Minggu ni byk outstation... baham jek.. today patut ok but terkantoi plak. I need to ensure brg tak lulus DA banned from the fridge la. Esok meeting.. lusa outstation. .. cuti weekends. Next week ade outstation lagi.

Next week xmo p pasar mlm kut.. g pasaraya biasa beli ikan n timun jepun... mlm kemas bilik... isnin gitu jugak.. selasa outstation... rabu blh start weebly or else p cari brg2 for website.. ok jek...

Kena start dah on website balik... huhuhu....

83.1 kg

Well.. sebab weekends dah ke laut.. Supertop ko.. sayang plak tak mkn ikan bakar... tomyam.. ngan nasik tuuhhh hehehe... tu x lunchtime lg dengan puding diraja pekan.. walla...

But okla... blk timbang tadi 83.1 kg.. 200 gram dr last week. Esok I aim to be better with Atkins... 21hb ade mkn2 pulak but layan jek lerr... 25 event.. 28 event.. tu sama la makan2.. huhuhu...

Think sebln nih byk outstationla... org kejar event b4 posa kut...

Ooo and I observed my drink intake pun kurang nih. Jz 1litre kat opis tadi... huhuhu aim 1l lagila nih. Need to try space my drink intake la..

Minggu ni start gotong royong bersih rumah lagi. Next week kena start buat website dropship dgn weebly.. byr smm.. huhuhu...

No Mood

Sebab kena keje weekends mmg rasa tak bersemangat sangat today.. but at least ke arah yang betui arini.. huhu if lah boleh this week tak bergerak mana2 kan best..

Arini my Atkins still okla.. sebijik telor rebus... tadi dah tapau sop daging... mlm sotong sambal dengan balance 2 lagi telur.. okla better than nothing kan...

Kalaula boleh this week tak gerak mana2.. boleh try 100% Atkins this week. Dapat 80 kg another 2 kg pun Alhamdulillah laaa... mlm ni pasar malam.. beli sayur la jugak.. kobis.. kobis bunga.. daun sop... ayam sekoq... ikan sekilo.. ok je kut.. oo also timun batang... kalau ada org kampong jual, I will buy that.

Malam kena start moving dah. Perhaps 1 hour exercise ke kan... tatau lagi before ke lepas Maghrib nak buat tu... panaskan my sotong n the two telur for dinner. Esok ayam goring n kobis gorengla kut for brekkie n lunch.

Arini pun air baru 2.5 bottle.. for half a litre.. need 4 more fillupsla to get my 3 liters, I should up 3.5l actually... huhuhu.. 2kg.. 2kg..

82.8 kg

Well.. alhamdulillah x naik walo aku x beratkins sgt. Cuti n byk events = no atkinsla..

Hurmm.... okla dr naikkan.. byk plak event org nk kejar b4 posa... huhu.. patut I get down to 77 by 24 jun. Cam x dpt jek. I will be happy if turun 80 kg jek. Alhamdulillah already. Blh kut. Next week xde keja sgt. Perhaps can pulun diet the 5 days.

Aku dun miss nasi sgt actually.  So hopefully time posa nanti can get all out la. Turun ke 70 Alhamdulillah. . Will make atkins my lifestyle. . Kurangkan mkn nasi. Lebihkan sayuran insyaallah.

Khamis - a day to weekend..

Huhuhu thruthfully mmg aku kena kuatkan berdiat.. ni every week sempat 3.5 hari jek clean DA.. baru jek ketosis nak on .. kansel balik...

Cam timbang hari Ahad lepas dinner dengan kawan.. 84.8 kg.. sempat berclean diet 3 days.. pagi tadi timbang 82.0 kg.. kan ke bagus if I can maintain? Senang jek nak at least 77 kg la time aku balik from pantang aritu..  Hurmm.. tu la kalau orang betui2 buat pantang makan bakar stim etc tu.. no wonder cepat turun.. if ade rezeki my baby Hannah tu jadi mak orang pulak.. I will insyaallah pantangkan dia dengan 100% insyaallah..

Ni dah day 4.. ketosis dah start in rasanya.. ni aku kena sakit batuk so mmg makan ubat batuk bergula n tak consistent minum the 3 litres. Next week plak cuti n outstation.. lagila makan.. jz perhaps aku kena start berexercise la plak...

Hurmm, yang pasti posa nanti I wanna do all out, paling cokia pun 7X mesti aku dapatkan insyaallah.. Rasa diet Atkins nih memang menjadik.. jz make it consistent jek.

Pasni pun aku nak jaga lepas retire pun.. nak berat no more that 65kg.. gaya hidup sihat ka.. exercise ka.. pemakanan ke.. need to do it.

Atkins Lamb Grill

Hurmm... mkn Atkins KDA ni pehhh... menggiurkan. I can stay with it tapi sebab dok rumah Kerteh weekends jadi tak terkawal pulak. Hurmmm....
 
Anyway. . Takde penurunan.. at least awal minggu 84.8 kg .. ptg no dalam 82.8kg okla... huhuhuhu... wonder laa.. dah le next week outstation lagi.. weekends mkn rumah. . Hurmmm...
 
Huhu... harap posa nanti can all outla. Jz hoping 24.6 nanti aku kurus sket. 79kg dah really ok already...
