Noomwalk 3781

Huhuhu... lama x walk today jd tak larat.. or perhaps my nasik plus roti sausage a contributing factor?

Anyway jz manage to walk 3 round vs 5 to 6 rounds biasanya.. okla than nothing kan..

Dahle Jan nearly ended... 11 months to go.. if I go down 5 kg pun bersyukur dah.. kena aim Atkins balik...

Ikan Stim Hentah Hapape..

Hehe... first try aku steaming eheks nampak sgt x professional. .. tp okla mkn sendiri...

Steamer tu aku beli yg Giant last 2 weeks kut.. time promo dlm RM49... then bekas baru beli tadi RM6.90 jek.. kata 24cm diameter but cam nk penuh jek diameter steamer tu yg katanya 28cm.. camano tu???

Anyway cz tak expert tergesa2 aku.. main campak2 ikan.. boh kicap megi seasoning... halia.. cili api.. tomato. . Limau nipis.. bawang putih... bawang aisey terlupa lak plak bubuh..

30 mins away ni la hasilnye.. pahit sket cz aku boh limau nipis awal kut.. huhuhu..

Xpe le next time I will do better insyaallahhh ;)

Semenjak dua menjak ni rasa kakiku sejuk semacam jek.. so gugel2... most probably darah mengalir tak elok.. maybe sebab merokok (nope).. darah tinggi (aiyaaa) atau penyakit jantung (double aiyaaaa)... atau diabetes (ekkkk)..  alamak..

Maybe hypothyroid (hurmm... yg ni betui aku hypothyroid cz dah bedah arritu kan also aku perasan tangan aku menggeletar masa outstation last weekends)...  atau anamia (dak kut.. aku darah sokmo cukup)...

Hurmm kena Tanya doctor ni bila tiba my next appointment.. note to self.

Mlm ni menu sihatla.. 2 bijik telor rebus jek sambil nengok Ariana Rose.. esok nk steam ikan siakap masak limau plakkkk.... :)

Fried Salmon with Sauteed Veggies

Perghhh.. nama omputeh cam mahal jek haha.... xleh jog today cz hujan.. so p shopping grocery n buku latihtubi kimi laa...
Tadi tamak goreng 2... tapi sayur banyak mkn satu pun konyang.. esok la aku masak another set for brunch... tgh tido cz esok definitely hubby book mkn pizza...
Dok waiting offer Philips Actifry plak kali nih.. nk beli la senang aku msk Atkins.. sayur boleh sautee jz yg fried ni aku nk kurangkan minyakla ... n definitely that mayoo.. 1 big spoon there.. huhuhu...
Next aku nk try.. steamed limau siakap.. tomyam ayam... sop ikan..
 
p/s.. ni masa tak hafal KDA lagi nih.. karot n putik jagung tak boleh ya for fasa 1.

Periuk Kukus First Choice Giant!!!!


Huhu... seems aktiviti sehat ni termasuk masak2 sehat.. td p Giant ingat nak beli barang basah... tengok ade plak diskaun periuk kukus ni seploh ringgit jadila dia dalam RM50..

Aku plak memang x pandai masak but ingat nk try msk siakap steam limau la.. siakap kat giant tgk tadi dlm RM8 jek seekor....

Nanti la aku try.. also nk try telur steam jugak.. lama x makan hehe... ;)

Anyway.. esok jog as well as goreng the 2 salmons n salads... nyum nyummm... :)

My 2nd Room


Huhuhu.. antara cabaran I need to do is kemaskan barang2 ... yg paling pening nak kemas ialah bilik no. 2... bilik baju aku... tambah lagi cam tikus buat sarang lagi dalam tu.. adoiii....

My plan.. 
1. Buang benda2 bulky dulu.. buku... kipas tak pakai.. kotak2.. ni ade org rajin akan recycle nih...
2. Letak tempat baju tu bilik spare... luas sket...
3. Ade bekas air.. kole hadiah perpisahan dr hq 6 year ago... bawak balik without kotak... I dont like the colour.. hijauuuuu sgtka mak ngah..
4. Start segregate baju dalam beg untuk didermakan...
5. No mercy!

Insyaallahhh... need to do it.. 12 months jek nih.. nampak banyak but will go down quickly.

First Day Aktiviti Sihat & Noom Walk

Wahhhh... am proud with myself.. semlm posa n today brisk walk.. first time after years I tell u.. okla from my opis to padang depan bukit besar tepi Mydin KT took 10 mins cz jem org balik keja kan..

Then walk jek.. just walk plus dgr radio from my Samsung Grand dpt la 7 pusingan kut.. 

My 2nd pusingan tu sempat plak aku download free aps Noom Walk pedometer. . Ala benda yg count kita jln tuuu... sempat la rakam 2800 steps hehe.. kalu capur 2 pusingan b4 tu mau jadi 3500 steps tu :)

Hehe hope this will last.. aku mmg suka jln.. time study kat Tassie b4 balik Msia for good aku sempat turun 6 kg jz by walking after Subuh... huhu... 

Hope I will kekalkan this gaya hidup sihat insyaallahhh..

Esok nk posa balik ;)

83.1 kg


Semlm posa.. pastu overindulged makan pulak.. haishhhh :P

Anyway 83.1kg... at least better tjan before kan but lebih dr my usual 81.9kg la.. huhuhuhu xleh jadi nih. ..

Semlm overindulged jugak beli byk. Huhuhu.. aku mmg mkn sedap  so my solution is get movin la... huhuhu.. resolution kena start naik turun tangga la pagi petang no more lifts...

Petang ni kena start p jalan2 la.. pastu giant for some salads... n salmon.. mayo lite.. lemon.. ayam for lusa nk posa... padlocks.. yogurt n tandori paste. .. huhu okla tu.. ooo and olive oil... ok kut for this week menu.
